i am drawn to movies that impact people in a unique way, and I want to create that change. Drawing inspiration from Greta Gerwig's independent films, as well as other "mumblecore" movies, I create stories focusing on relationships, human existence, and raw dialogue rather than adrenaline-filled plot.

Inspired by a diary kept by my grandmother to eventually give to my mother, this is a short film that has a documentary twist in it, because filming was actually the first time this had been presented to my mother. Focuses on ancestry and human connections. Solo project.
